Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with longdayz you agree to these terms and conditions.


all prices are listed in nz dollars inclusive of gst.  prices may be subject to change without notice, and may vary from in store.


Credit Card

All credit card payments are processed through stripe, independent of longdayz.

Your card details are not held by longdayz at any time. longdayz reserves the right to cancel any order and refund payment where appropriate credit information and validated id is not provided upon request.

Click & Collect Orders

LongDayz offers a click and collect service where you place your order online and select your chosen store to pick up your item at.

If you can’t collect your order for any reason, please email us at info@longdayz.co.nz to let our customer service team know. if you haven’t collected within 14 days of receiving your collection email your order will be automatically cancelled and a refund issued back to your original payment method.


items are only shown on the website if they are showing in stock in our stores. we do our best to keep stock as up to date as possible but occasionally experience inaccuracies. if the item you ordered is no longer in stock we will offer you an exchange or a refund straight away.

Faulty Goods

All warranty and faulty goods claims are subject to assessment from the supplier who may
choose to repair, replace, or credit any items proven to be faulty. LongDayz is more than happy
to facilitate your claim however the outcome is ultimately decided by the supplier. please see
our  returns  page for more information.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are issued in nz dollars only, and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash, or used to purchase further gift cards. lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded. change will not be given on gift cards and any balance will remain on the card.

cannot guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the information on the website and we do not accept any responsibility arising in any way for errors in or omissions from, the information contained in the website. 

Garments are reproduced as accurately as possible however slight variation may occur in colour and size specification and may appear slightly different due to camera lighting, computer picture resolution, and individual monitor settings.


Don’t love your online order? get it back to us within 30 days for a full refund! 

Conditions apply: 

  • Returned items must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags & packaging (where applicable) still intact. swimwear must have the hygiene seals intact.
  • You have 30 days from purchase date to return your online order (includes sale items). for the christmas season, we will extend the returns period to the end of january.
  • Returns will be processed within 2 working days of receiving them.
  • All sunglasses, bodyboards, skateboards and hardware accessory purchases are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
  • LongDayz may refuse to refund or exchange if items do not meet the returns criteria mentioned above.

Warranty Returns

Warranties are product-specific and do not apply to all items. 

A dated proof of purchase must be supplied (longdayz is not responsible for lost or misplaced receipts). 

LongDayz will facilitate the return on your behalf with the supplier/brand and may be required to send the item back to the supplier for assessment. 

warranty returns may take up to 14 working days to process. 

The supplier (not LongDayz) has the right to decide if there is a manufacturing issue or defect in accordance with their set terms & conditions.  the supplier (not LongDayz)  may choose to repair, refund, or a refusal of either. 

Return your order in store 

Online orders can be returned to the LongDayz store.

Please have a physical or digital copy of your order confirmation email available for the manager.

Refunds or exchanges can be processed on the spot.

Return your order by post  

Return part or all of your online order by post.

Return freight 

Return freight charges are not covered by longdayz, note: if you have been sent the wrong item in error, we will arrange free return freight. please contact us as soon as possible at info@longdayz.co.nz. 

How will i receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed as a reversal of your original payment, depending on which method you used for your order. 

Credit Card: refund will be processed back onto your card online or in store. this usually takes a few days to clear, but may take longer over the weekend & public holidays.
